Terms and Conditions

– All the bookings are confirmed with a deposit of 30% of the total charge.
The rest 70% is paid upon your arrival at Nemesis Studios.
– Prices are quoted in Euro, per room, per night and include all service charges and taxes.

Cancellation Policy

– There will be no refund in case of cancellation or no-show.
– The total price of the reservation will be charged in all seasons.
